The award winning Ipswich Commercial Tower was the first stage of the Icon master plan redevelopment scheme and the Ipswich CBD’s first 5 Star Green Star rated building.

It comprises nine storeys, 18,000m² of office space, and a three level underground car park.

Cogent Scaffolding is working with Hutchinson Builders to complete this project.

The tower will stand at 42m high when completed and invloves over 300 tonnes of scaffold.
