The most critical aspect of this project was the fact that fin walls would need to be installed during the construction process. This requirement meant that when basing out the scaffold structure, surveyor point marks would have to be adhered to the millimetre.

In a demonstration of their professional strength, Cogent Scaffolding’s team installed 8 700 m² of scaffold to the exact specifications required, on time and on budget. It is important to note that every quarter the Federal Government runs an audit on any construction jobs they have commissioned for safety standards on-site.

Cogent Scaffolding scored 99%, 99% and 97% over the course of their work on this project. This was the highest rating of any job site in all of Queensland, which speaks volumes for the premium that the Cogent team put on safety.
