Mirvac has started construction on the next stage of the Ascot Green community at Eagle Farm Racecourse, delivering a boost for the local industry.

Work has started Tulloch House, the $77 million second stage of the master-planned development, with approximately 1,300 workers to be inducted on-site throughout the construction period until late 2021.

The much anticipated eight-level luxury apartment building is being built by Mirvac Construction, the building arm of the publicly-listed developer.

Located within the Eagle Farm Racecourse precinct, Ascot Green is the first racecourse-fronting apartment project to be delivered in Australia and forms part of Brisbane Racing Club’s $1.2 billion masterplan redevelopment, to include luxury apartments, retirement living and aged care, commercial offices, a mix of retail, dining, medical services along with childcare and a swim school.
