19 Jan Signature Apartments, Broadbeach
Wow, our Signature Apartments project has come a long way since we started there in July 2020! Working with Icon, this exciting development is a 35 level apartment tower including a 4 level basement car park with a state of the art resident’s area comprising of a pool and outdoor area on level 4, and is due to be completed this year in May 2022.
In early 2020 we built two cantilevered, hung stretcher stairs and 1 construction stair, also cantilevered and hung, providing access to the site sheds, gantry, and down to the basement level.
Once the building was up to ground level, our perimeter scaffold began!
This is another great project from Icon that we’ve really enjoyed being a part of and it’s great to now see it nearing completion!
