08 Jul Signature, Broadbeach project update
We are very pleased to announce that we have been awarded the scaffolding contract for the $210 million Signature Broadbeach development, working with Icon.
In addition to that, we will also be erecting form support scaffold.
Earlier this year we built two cantilevered hung stretcher stairs and 1 construction stair, also cantilevered & hung, providing access to the site sheds, gantry, and down to the basement levels.
Basements levels are now being constructed on this project as well as the Core. Once the project is up to ground level, perimeter scaffold will begin.
Our Scaffold Designer drafted these hung stairs using 3D modelling so that our client, Icon, could get an accurate view of how we can safely and efficiently provide them the access they require. 2D technical designs then followed for our engineers to sign off on.
