16 Mar The Star Residences Stage 2 – Project update
The second stage of The Star Residences, Epsilon, features a soaring 63-storey mixed-use tower incorporating 457 residential apartments, a 5-star hotel and an exceptional retail offering of fine-dining, gourmet delis, cafes and wine bars.
Cogent Scaffolding is providing the labour, materials, plant and equipment for this project, working with Multiplex. Our scaffolding work on this project which included perimeter scaffold, stretcher access stairs, construction access stairs, edge protection, birdcage scaffolding, catch scaffold, handrails, mesh and mesh guards is nearing the end as our work on this project is almost done.
Our perimeter scaffolding will now start to wrap around the main building and will go to level 7 whilst the carpark is built.
